Our group delivers integrated strategic services across six main divisions: Property, Construction, Vehicles, Education, Travel Support, and Executive Advisory. Each division may be subject to additional service-specific terms provided at the time of engagement.

While we provide strategic consultancy and advisory services, Strategy & Projects Consultants Ltd. does not provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. Clients should consult with qualified professionals for specific legal or financial matters.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for consultations and services are clearly stated on our booking platform or provided via formal invoice. Payments must be made in full through our secure payment partners (Stripe) or via approved bank transfer before services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, strategic frameworks, and materials provided by us remain the exclusive property of Strategy & Projects Consultants Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided specifically for your project/consultation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategy & Projects Consultants Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or reliance on any advisory provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with the primary place of business located in Chatham, Kent.
